This is the new edition of 'Hotel Parallel' by Fennesz - his debut from 1997 - presented with a bonus track ('S' previously available as limited 7" back in '95!) and a video to 'Aus', directed by Mego designer, Tina Frank. 'Hotel Parallel' is a dense, dissonant collage of static, noise washed with euphoric moments of heart-wrenching melody. After listening to tracks like 'Fa' and 'Szabo', you can understand why similarities have been drawn to Mike Ink's gently pulsating GAS project.
