Sign Libra aka Latvian composer artist Agata Melnikova offers a sage set of cerebrally celestial experimental ambient work in her second LP. Sea to Sea bears the sign of New Age and ‘Fourth World’ textures evolved, taking as its inspiration the remote and mythological plains of distant satellite spheres, taking up deep vocal ambience on ‘Sea of Fecundity’ (reminiscent of early Ryuichi Sakamoto work), while delving further into esoterically percussive plains on the likes of ‘Sea of Waves’ and ‘Sea of Nectar’.
