Noah Lennox's sixth solo album as Panda Bear takes form in the dub/folk electronics of Buoys. Brought to us once more by Domino.

With the first single 'Dolphin' already doing the rounds, Buoys has shown how his Panda Bear project is starting to dip its paws into a swirling pool of psychedelia, Lennox's vocals and sparse guitar are overlaid on a seabed undercurrent of speaker-limit-pushing sub-bass low-end.

A deep layer of experimentation overlaps the hyper-modern production on Buoys, setting it to be one of 2019's greatest achievements in indie electronica.
