John Duncan enlists the help of an all-star cast of performers to realize his latest vision entitled Bitter Earth. Assisting on production duties are Oren Ambarchi, Jim O’Rourke, Smegma, Chris Abrahams, Joe Talia, CM Von Hausswolff, Eiko Ishibashi and France Jobin, all chipping into the odd blend of songs from original compositions to covers of among others, Nina Simone and Iggy Pop! Said to be written in dedication to Mika Vainio (who as the distro added as a note, is not dead!) this is another winner from Ideal.
