Seven Davis Jr. recruits two top producers to rework cuts from his debut album Universes. First up, underground house legend (and original Basement Boy) Karizma takes on ‘Sunday Morning’ under his Kaytronik alias, turning in two different versions: the first is the hypnotic but high energy ‘Ruff Kut’ mix, while the second is a break-splicing, B-more-esque dub subtitled the ‘Love Break’ mix. On the other side, the storied Osunlade dons his Yoruba Soul alias for a silky and soulful take on ‘Welcome Back’.
