A new release for the Swedish producer who has worked under the pseudonym The Subliminal Kid and in groups such as Roll The Dice. The basis of this album comes from an obscure 78rpm record that was originally put together by Belgian filmmaker Arman Denis and released in 1950 under the name The Belgian Congo Record. Paying tribute to this Congolese record, Mannerfelt has created this album by re-sculpting and reshaping the recordings on this originally release by using only synthesizers as tools of production. The outcome is 24 short tracks of mind-expanding pieces that are dense in textures and sounds.
