Hamburg-based Bureau B delivers another piece of Krautrock history with the reissue of the 1982 classic Flieg Vogel Fliege from Roedelius. Finding fame through his work as Kluster (with Dieter Moebius and Konrad Schnitzler) and later Harmonia, Roedelius’ later solo output focused on new-age leaning keyboard arrangements. Flieg Vogel fliege is one of his best realised, with minimalistic, bordering on tantric ambient excursions that lend themselves to a more meditative headspace.
