Alias G returns to Unknown To The Unknown with three jacking, Chicago cuts drenched in ghetto boogie. Opening up with the rolling “Attention”, Alias G infuses menacing synth phrases with an undulating beat. Things get nastier with “3XG Anthem” which already feels like a cult-classic with squelching acid lines and ghetto vocals whilst “I Can’t Get Out Of This House” swings through rough and ready percussion and a vintage piano riff that’s guaranteed to get the head’s attention.
