Philadelphia’s Kenneth Lay and V Hold are back with a fresh helping of their bonkers fuzzy house, teasing slinky rhythms out of clouds of radiation. ‘Decant’ begins with fizzing white noise and a click track made from bicycle bells, building to a lazy, ethereal beat; the more frantic ‘Churn’ takes crashing 8-bit computers and percussion that sounds like a force three hailstorm, then lets both go till they run out of batteries. There’s not much out there like this unless you’re a drone producer living in Cape Horn.
