King Midas Sound mark their transitional debut on Ninja Tune with a raw, snarling three track EP entitled ‘Aroo’. Doing away with all elements of dub heard in previous releases, title track 'Aroo' is dense mix of grating shoegaze guitars and industrial drums with Kiki Hitomi’s vocals topping off the hypnotic essence. 'Funny Love' is a world away, floating beautifully through airy ambience and soft vocals.
