The Finnish producer who needs no introduction, Jori Hulkkonen, gets an outing on Toronto’s My Favourite Robot Records – an offering already being championed by the likes of Laurent Garnier and Kenny Glasgow. Hulkkonen’s recent LP ‘Negative Time’ has the remix treatment from a talented bunch, including fellow Finn Tuomas Salmela aka Phonogenic, Denmark’s Kasper Bjorke, and Of Norway. Superbly pulsating rhythms and full-blooded drum patterns.
