According to Hot Flush themselves, their latest release comes from two producers already well-known but going incognito for their new NeferTT project, in their words themselves, ‘taking a marked step away from the heavily swung, nervy house/garage hybrids of their previous material’. Listening to the record itself we’re none the wiser as to where the lush, meandering melodies and rich dance floor hybrids originate from. All that said it’s obvious they possess a deft hand at the controls making for four distinct and versatile rollers.
