Hotflush unveil their latest cohort, Belgian newcomer on the scene, Tim Van de Meutter, otherwise known as Locked Groove. Listening to the EP, it sounds like Hotflush made a good choice as Van de Meutter's sound is evocative of the label's cutting-edge genre-bending sound. Garage, house, techno and funky all rolled into one. Some of you may recognise 'Drowning', otherwise known as the fresh new track that made its way on to Scuba's esteemed DJ Kicks mix compilation.
