Bunker throw their hat into the sudden surge in demand for Chicago Shags works with their self-titled debut, available once again after a six year absence. The project of Brian Schijf and Danny Wolfers, both names associated with Legowelt, sounds markedly different to either producer’s output. ‘Schoolbus’ is a playful weirdo house number with more than a hint of West African danceability, while ‘International Banking’ and ‘Poke Inferno’ invoke arcade high score chimes, beset by a rolling beat.
