Derek Carr returns to his own Trident Recordings imprint for the eight release in his long-running line of EPs entitled Allez. As usual, Carr dips into the deep end of both house and techno here, with tracks like ‘Revival’ poised to get people moving whether it's being played on an open air roof deck or a sweaty basement club. The closing title track hues darker though, adding a little menace to the air with some acidic synth lines and sumptuous low end.
