Debut full-length from the duo formerly known as Games, that consists of Daniel Lopatin (better known as Oneohtrix Point Never) and Joel Ford (of Tigercity). Between them, have created this lush, synthesized tribute to the musical zeitgeist of the late 70's and early 80's. Not just a recycled pastiche of boogie, jazz-funk and kosmische, Ford & Lopatin's postmodern take adds new life full of idiosyncrasy into those arcane synthesizers.

The album itself will follow the story of teenager Joel Rogers, who lives in a time when bands are extinct and the record industry is controlled by a super-computer. An anti-hero, it's Rogers' dream to "unplug from reality and jam in the style of his MIDI-equipped ancestors."
