'Assume Crash Position' witnesses the group join up with Crammed affiliate and producer Vincent Kenis, brothers from fellow Congotronic crew Kasai Allstars and jump in the studio for eight frenetic likembe/proto-techno/funk/soul/disco/roots workouts... your ears will be on fire after it all, your feet twitching. Their most polished LP to date also features a haunting final coda in the shape of 'Nakobala Lisusu Te'. Quite amazing.
