Celestial Mechanic is a project made up of celebrated author Rian Hughes, Kevin Foakes (known to many as DJ Food) and Saron Hughes. Rian Hughes novel XX features a review of an album of extra-terrestrial origin, which DJ Food and Saron then set out to make - is this the first time a review has come before the album? Its twelve tracks take in piano ambience, psychedelia and headsy techno cuts.
