FJAAK kick off a new imprint with a vital, charitable goal in mind; to protect the club scenes across Europe, and the endangered musics therein. Whilst also feeding all revenue from SYS01 back into these tracks’ club namesakes, the EP can’t help but celebrate the vibrancy of the continent’s underground styles. SYS01 begins with the subterranean beat of ‘OHM’, in tribute to Berlin’s clubbing underground, as ‘Lehmann’ continues the trend with some amped up hi hat action. Side 2 boasts body moving vocal snippets with ‘City Club’, and closes the release with the soulful diva vibes of ‘PAL’.
