The union of Geoff Barrow and Ben Salisbury bears more fruit in their score for Julius Onah’s Luce. This is a typically atmospheric set from the pair who have previously written the music for films such as Annihilation and Hanna. There is something of a British church music feel to the use of organ here, but this is offset by some typically adventurous electronics - largely unsettling drones, but also industrial hip-hop beats on ‘Skyhooker’.
