After a few years on hiatus, Mute offshoot NovaMute have kicked back into gear since 2017 with excellent releases from Nicolas Bougaieff and Charlotte De Witte. To this new wave of NovaMute signings, we can now add Sau Paolo’s Anna. The three tracks of this EP are deep techno jams that will provide sturdy mid-set ballast to DJs across the four-on-the-floor spectrum. Razor’s title track is a particularly well-executed number that could have surfaced on Ostgut Ton.
