Rua Sound sublabel Foxy Jangle follow up their debut release from Kid Lib with some hardcore breakbeat science from Sully. He certainly doesn’t mess around with this one - A-side ‘Soundboy Don’t Push Your Luck’ throws the listener headfirst into the rave. Beginning with an old-skool jungle break and the sounding of an alarm, the track soon turns into a neat mix of soundsystem toughness and 90s r&b vox. A ruffneck bassline ensures the track will be potent clash material. The flipside ‘368ft High And Rising’, with an even stronger r&b influence, is a little smoother but will still do damage in the dance.
