A set of torrid techno from upstart producer Pan Daijing here. A Satin Sight closes and opens with two pieces of industrial techno that would be too rich for the blood of most labels other than Bedouin Records. Both ‘Tenderloin Tanz’ and ‘Nomenklatura’ are tortured EBM tracks subsumed by digital distortion, and as such they bring to mind a pitched battle between Fret and Domenico Crisci. The meat of A Satin Sight is made up of the drunken, atonal rhythm tracks ‘A Season In Hell’ and ‘Exile’.
