Self-releasing for the first time, the former Night Slugs stalwart L-Vis 1990 comes through with a mixtape of forward-looking club traxx. 12 Thousand Nights recalls the likes of Future Brown’s debut LP and Kelela’s Cut For Me in the way it throws vocals together with contemporary futuro-club aesthetics. Trap, r&b, grime and Jersey are just some of the genres touched on across these eleven tracks.
