Five new productions from the one known as Cloudface! First appearing on our radar with that Black Opal LP, the Canadian producer also has a tight affiliation with the Mood Hut crew and this new EP is his second for the label. Each track is defined by his typically dense, dub influenced atmospheric tendencies and skippy, subdued percussion work - a combination that might sound tired on paper but just happens to be executed by this guy so damn well. ‘J P’ is a lovely melodic ambient track and the Terekke-esque vibe of ‘W W I’ is top drawer too.
