Following a slew of popular grime refixes and duly accosted wifey riddims, London based Gundam steps out on Goon Club Allstars, for what is unbelievably only their fifth official release. You could say both cuts fall into the wifey riddim tick box, simply for the fact they sample - or in the case of ‘Too Late’ emulate - popular r’n’b cuts, before adding clean-cut drum patterns to give them that club focused, rhythmic authenticity. A perfect release if you want to insert some beauty and warmth into your sets.
