The last release on A Made Up Sound’s self-titled label was his ‘After Hours’ single in 2013, but now the label spurs back into activity with two 12”s. The first of those releases features two tracks, ‘Stumbler’ and ‘Syrinx’. ‘Stumbler’ is a furtive and slow-building drums-and-FX cut, while ‘Syrinx’ is a really fun techno track that feels like it’s about to break apart at any moment.
