After a series of killer 12”s for Numbers, Deadboy came back sounding refreshed on his White Magick EP for Local Action, taking cues from new age and ambient music and marrying these influences to a grime and UK garage rhythmic template. The Black Magick EP is a vinyl-only companion piece to that release, featuring club-ready edits of three of White Magick’s floatier tracks as well as a VIP mix of his standalone single ‘It Did Not Feel Right’.
