You No Fit Touch Am is the first LP in almost a decade for the Afrobeat Nigerian-British musician Dele Sosimi and follows on from his two previous releases Turbulent Times (2002) and Identity (2007). Dele Sosimi has worked with Fela Kuti and Tony Allen, joining Fela’s Anikulapo-Kuti’s Egypt 80 in 1979 where he played keyboards for 7 years. This new release was recorded at the Fish Market Studios in North-West London by Benedic Lamdin (AKA Nostalgia 77) and hears Dele Sosimi deliver his strong socio-political message alongside his full Afrobeat orchestra. This high-energy release has been beautifully mastered from tape, with the download featuring the extra track ‘Where We Want Be’.
