Rotterdam producer Mark Du Mosch makes his Dekmantel debut with a pair of massive DJ tools and an ace remix from Russia’s Gesloten Cirkel. ‘Bay 25’ packs stuttering kicks, D&B breaks, sinister synths and an impossibly bass-heavy breakdown into its five plus minute runtime. ‘Living Up’ is cosmic house, laser-like synths irradiating rolling kicks, speaker-bursting bass and crisp hi-hats. Gesloten Cirkel’s remix of ‘Living Up’ is gritty and earthy, rough drums pounding under wailing synths and a hypnotic bass line.
