A deliciously unholy brew of darkened disco from Padded Cell, the collaborative project of Neil Beatnik and Richard Sen – who follows on from his recent acid house compilation ‘This Ain’t Chicago’. The duo return after a reasonable absence with ‘Guardians of the Night’, a sweltering dance floor cut made up of live instrumentation – sax, bass, guitar and percussion and dark synth stabs.
