After appearances on Hotflush, Belgium’s Locked Groove heads up the latest offering from Turbo Recordings. His own brand of bass music infiltrates the tech heavy main stage sound of previous releases on Turbo, giving them a dose of hard-wired glitch and brittle sound collages. Opening track, ‘Different Paths’ sounds like a pure canvas of found sounds, from bleeping heart-rate monitors to bicycle bells.
