Fans of Funkineven, Robert Hood and Fulton’s Syclops alias will find plenty to enjoy on Rebirth Of Gerberdaisy, flitting as it does between crisp deep house joints, fuller uptempo productions and excursions into more jazz-indebted looping. Jimi Tenor guests on ‘Japanese Indian Shrimp Curry’ and ‘D To The A Train’, which makes sense.
