Norwegian veteran Thee J Johanz debuts on Running Back with some no-nonsense, all-flair disco house fire — with a large amount of emphasis on the ‘disco’ part. More Love! kicks off with the classy synth groove of its title track (which recalls a certain timeless banger by Donna Summer and Giorgio Moroder), and introduces a dancefloor temperature that carries through the Patrick Crowley cover ‘Kickin’ In’ and ‘Warped Minds’. Thee J Johanz returns to the latter-most track with even more cowbell, for those who found the other version lacking.
