French producer Timothée Victorri’s S.O.N.S project, working out of Seoul, South Korea, team up with the enigmatic newbie Naone to work out a simmering, rolling boil of a techno EP. Readily aware of their differing approaches toward the same high, Seprate Ways EP indeed synthesises disparate elements from a shared pool of refined club music, incorporating elements of light electro and discombobulated progressive breaks with ‘Pacific’ and ‘Kame’, reaching a harder core with ‘Project One’, while the steady build of ‘Separate Ways’ recicutitate a distinctly post-rave euphoria. Fitting for the height of the party, as well as its tastefully dimmed afterglow.
