Rufige Kru is basically Goldie and whoever is working with him at the time. An outlook for solid drum and bass experimentation. If he's occasionally gone off the boil with some terribly pretentious nonsense in the past, he's managed to redeem himself with the Ruffige Kru project, and the proof is here with this album. Malice in Wonderland consists of 13 tracks of serious, forward thinking, complex and experimental drum and bass, quite moody in places with lots of technical depth and colour make you realize why you liked this music in the first place and also how badly it's gone wrong when it can be done right like this.
