Matthew Herbert has a pair of tunes from Wishmountain Is Dead, the 1998 debut LP from his Wishmountain project, given a going over by Berghain favourite and Figure Records boss Len Faki. Faki beefs up ‘Radio’ in his ‘Hardspace Mix’, keeping the track’s glitching loops while doubling down on the slamming drums. The ‘Deepspace Mix’ of ‘Bottle’ does something similar, the original’s wandering xylophones transformed into a big-room techno tool.
