Willie Williams’ 1977 tune ‘Armagideon Time’ has been resurgent in recent years, featuring in Jim Jarmusch films and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as well as being included on Soul Jazz Records’ 100% Dynamite! compilation. Now Soul Jazz return to the track with a new pressing of the track’s ‘Discomix’. Clement ‘Sir Coxsone’ Dodd plays the vocal and riddim off each other to excellent effect on the ‘Discomix Vocal’ while the ‘Discomix Version’ dubs it all out.
