Real Estate return with their 4th full length album, out on Domino. The New Jersey group first warmed our cold hearts in 2009 with their special blend of emotional American folk and lo-fi indie-pop. True to form, In Mind is a well-crafted album filled with satisfying melodies and psych tinged guitar riffs, tied together by the sweet, calming vocals of Martin Courtney. The album moves through dreamlike states, telling stories of love and life through sunny symphonies and gently flowing chords. Lead single ‘Darling’ shows the band’s poppier side - flawless in construction with smooth subtle harmonies, it has an undeniable catchiness.
