Bernard Hermann is most famously known for his soundtrack work with Alfred Hitchcock (Vertigo, Psycho, North By Northwest), he also devised the menacing score for Scorsese’s Taxi Driver. In 1968 he was set on the decidedly Hitchcockian British-American psychological thriller film, Twisted Nerve. This is the first time the OST has been released and Stylotone deliver us a four-track EP for the heads, with the most familiar cue (Title Sequence), used on Quentin Tarantino's 2003 film Kill Bill Vol. 1, kicking things off. Expect swinging jazz and creepy suspense-laden orchestration from a master.
