Raw’n’gritty club goodness from Bleaker, a member of the Gang Fatale crew alongside Neana, SHEEN (formerly Georgia Girls), and Trap Door. Lead track ‘Hype (Funk)’ is an energetic take on ghetto house and Baltimore club styles, while ‘Jam’ is a bouncy rhythm track where the only sound besides drum machine samples is a squeak from what sounds like a broken mattress. A truly and utterly bonkers remix of ‘Hype (Funk)’ by Night Slugger Helix closes out the EP and is not one to be missed.
