East London's Lobster Theremin drop Manse's tower block techno EP, A Slap In The Face Of Public Taste. Much as the artwork suggests, these cuts aren’t here to make you feel warm and cosy. The EP is a three-pronged attack of experimental erosion and bass-weight clatter. Opening up with the warped curb-side techno of Sky Remit, Manse then brings the heady eyes-down noise with the title track before calling time on the release with a hiccuping blast of distorted electronica in the form of Kleptomaniac.
