Cooly G returns to Hyperdub with a second album of lo-fi slow jams. Her debut, Playin' Me, dissected the aftermath of a failed relationship through club constructions. On Wait Til Night, the narrative and atmosphere is much changed, suffused with lust and nocturnal fantasies. That's no more apparent than on the album's highlight, ‘Like A Woman Should' which draws on both house and dub influences for a seductive vision of a moonlit tryst.
