Not one to stay away long, chief architect AYBEE returns to his Deepblak Recordings imprint with another serving of otherworldly house vibes. Techno flavoured ‘A Novel Gesture’ opens the set with a bang, balancing stark dub chords with loose, swinging drum work. While the spacey keys on the slick ‘We Come In Peace’ may glimpse skyward, AYBEE dives heads-on into the cosmos on closer ‘Akiara’, an ecstasy-inducing house cut fuelled by vibrant synths, old-school hi-hats and a deep, vintage bass line.
