Dark techno producers Peter O’Grady (Joy Orbison) and Al “Boddika” Green quietly sneak out one of their most eagerly-awaited releases with zero fanfare, zero press sheet and zero label (this one comes on single-sided white label 10” only). A single track of static-ridden mayhem, ‘Tricky’s Team’ moves from mangled dial tones to roaring white noise and brutal squealing bass, everything anchored by a stop-start beat that keeps it suitable for the dance floor, but only just.
