Hotflush presents the debut single from newly formed UK duo The White Lamp, a collaboration between producer/ long time Underworld member Darren Emerson and vocalist Peter Josef. ‘Ride With You’ calls to mind Joe Goddard’s moody, yet danceable solo work. A steady 4-4 beat and brooding synths frame a bittersweet vocal from Josef, making for perfect late night riding music. Berlin techno boss Mike Dehnert contributes a stripped back remix infused with his trademark, chest-penetrating bass, and Emerson chips in a surprisingly soulful dub that seizes on the floor friendly elements of the original.
