UK House veteran MJ Cole adds to his tally with ‘Panoramic EP’ on his own imprint Prolific Recordings. Opener “39 Step” sees the producer find his melodic, reflective side with shimmering ambience and soft strings. “Blood” goes for the opposite with serrated samples and a warped, heavy-duty bassline, whilst “Geared Piano” takes it down with a beautiful, soulful and minimalistic piano solo. Truly diverse works from the English producer.
