New York producer Galcher Lustwerk kicks off 2024 with a brisk new collection of VIPs and loosies entitled Played Out. The title track gets two distinct versions here, a first take that bounces some floaty keys around a hefty kick that could punch holes in the sub, and a second, more hi-hat driven that wraps stoned vocal stabs around the smokey beat. Lustwerk also adds a more dancefloor-oriented run through last year’s low boiling ‘In My Bed’ to round things out.
