Martin Juhls of Germany might not have a colourful stage name but he more than makes up for it with this dreamily digested electronica. This release on 12k takes him somewhere far out: based on an old jazz LP that Juhls broke down into loops, ‘The Endless Change of Colour’ is a 47-minute mix of luminous glass synths that rise and dip, as chameleonic as the title suggests. Listen to it in one sitting and it’s a hell of a trip - think Magic Eye for your ears.
