London producer Boxwork makes his debut on the Lo Note UK label, and fits right in with their catalogue of slick future house. Lead track ‘Specifics’ starts with restaurant white noise before rolling out a synth hook/dreamy trombones/trance throb, while on the flipside, ‘Leak’ skids around IDM percussion, and ‘You Only’ twists a garage beat around diced vocals and dub pads. A fresh and cohesive EP from another mystery man in the capital.
